What does the extended guarantee cover?
The extended guarantee essentially provides the same coverage as laid out by the terms of the “MED1994 GUARANTEE”.
The guarantee does not cover damage to products caused by incorrect maintenance or lack of maintenance (we advise customers to read the information about proper maintenance in the “Products info – Useful product reconditioning and maintenance tips” section of the website), natural wear or incorrect use.
Everyday use can lead to a natural reduction in the volume of the filling, which can easily be counteracted with simple maintenance: ensure that you air and shake the product on a regular basis.
The guarantee does not cover damage caused by washing and/or drying if the instructions on the label are not followed.
What is the procedure to follow in the event of a complaint?
